Hi, it was on Tigsource.com over 4 years ago. I've tried scrolling through the archives a few times and didn't spot it..
Projector shines cars out on a playing field. Camera detects real-world objects and turns them into obstacles.
Blue tint to all the karts. Multiplayer. They showed off a fireball effect at the end. You could move objects in the world around and the game would adjust collision in real time.
EDIT: ROOM RACERS! [url]https://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=17724.0/url]

I forgot this game until I saw the GDC Crystal Castles design talk and they mentioned creating it. Great action-puzzle game! http://gubble.com/

Sega Genesis platformer where you could shoot arrows into walls and jump on top of them to reach higher places.

Replace the arrows with plungers and you've got Quackshot. But if there's another Genesis game where you do this, I don't know it.

An old DOS fighting game.
Just two guys, almost identical: red and blue. They were wearing casual street clothes. They can throw energy balls too.

Yes that's it! Played this game on afternoons with a classmate in grade school. But I know we only played with the first two characters and one map. Every time. I know that jumping and bouncing energy ball move all too well. It could be that what we had was only a demo.

I played Body Blows a lot on the Amiga back in the day. One thing I remember about those energy balls is that when you did a jumping move that fired one diagonally down, the energy ball could actually hit a falling or downed opponent. Ordinary attacks could not. For the most part this was the closest thing to juggling that you could do in the game. Kossak was incredibly overpowered. He sucked as a CPU opponent as the CPU didn't have to charge their special attacks- meaning Kossak could start his invulnerable special attack that hurts you if you touch him at any time. Ninja was lots of fun to play. His special was worthless against the CPU though.

I'm looking for an indie game, I think within the last 5 years and listed on Stream. I only know it from a trailer.
It had a unique 2d art style comprised of lots of solid colour polygons to draw the world. Fox imagery featured quite heavily, but you were actually a bird or something. Looked like a metroidvania.

I've asked about this other places on the Internet but haven't found any answers.
I'm thinking of a book in the vein of I Spy or Waldo where each page was a puzzle that you had to solve with this attached cipher-thingy. It was essentially just a cardboard square attached to the book's binding with a ribbon.
There were a bunch of different uses for it where you'd place this square on the page and could then see certain sections of the page through square holes in the cardboard square.
I think the book was jungle themed. Like a treasure hunt. With a boy and girl main character or something...
There was a page with a bridge... One where you'd have to find the right stepping stones... Several others.
You'd find the right spot for the square by lining the corners up with colored things, like birds or bugs or frogs I think.
It was like Zoombinis but in book form.
Anyone got a name?

You were an Eskimo -- local coop was possible. You were on the right side of the screen facing left. Penguins are sliding in from the left to eat the fish off the cliff in the ocean behind you. This limits your profits so you have to kill them.
You start with a Pistol & can get better weapons.
Baby seal was one of the enemy, as was a guy who ran and yelled (wildlife activist).
You moved around ice-skating (gliding). The white ice became incredibly bloody as you killed.

Alright, so I'm looking for two DOS games I played a bit when I was little and that made quite an impression. Sadly, I haven't been able to find them over the past 15 years of searching The first is a platformer where you are an archaeologist exploring a pyramid or some sort of catacomb. You have to avoid green snakes and other harmful things, and I think you can get a ray weapon of sorts that shoots from your headlamp. The second is a top-down RPG where you play as a dude with red hair and beard. I think the controls are a mix of buttons and text commands. You start in your home which has two floors and venture out into the world. You enter a cave and stumble on a cult of robed weirdoes that are about to perform a human sacrifice. The weirdoes always noticed my presence so I never made it far in this game... Hoping these ring a bell to some people!
