So I stumbled upon this awesome internet "radio" chiptune site called mazemod. It's such an awesome site to leave on in the background when you don't feel like listening to your own music collection. http://www.mazemod.org/#news.html

Does this use Dark Sector's MOD player? If not it certainly should!

I like it! Been listening to it in the background for a while, I even forgot it's there. The chiptune station doesn't have many irritating songs that snap you out of whatever you're doing. Fun fun. The site's seizure theme is kickass, too!

I just turned it on. I'm certain I've heard the tune that's playing in Lyle in Cube Sector.

Lyle in Cube Sector was such and awesome game, and it had such a great soundtrack! You probably did hear a song from that, because apparently the creator just went to that chip community and stole a bunch of random songs for the game. A lot of the music seems to be pretty old, with no contact info for the creators. I'm in the nasty position now of being very tempted to use some music I've heard on mazemod (then googled and downloaded) in my games, but with no contact info for the creators it would be pretty hard to ask for permission (which I'd definitely want before using their music). And yeah, I love the site's design, bright colours and geometry!

I actually started whistling along with as soon as it came on just now. This stuff is pretty great.

You are correct! You'll probably be glad to know that there are 10 other Her songs by Estrayk out there. Some time ago I also found a cover of Her 11, but it doesn't reach the quality of the original in my opinion.

This is great. I think I may try using this music for some videos I want to do. i wonder if any of it is public domain, free for use and whatnot.

I'm not sure. Like I'd said before, a lot of it's quite old actually (possibly pre-dating creative commons, or at least the widespread use of it), and the creators are hard to track down.
