Call for Indie Game Developers

The CT Film Festival invites all indie game developers to enter their games to be exhibited as part of the Festivals' Digital/Interactive programming. Games will be judged under several categories. Winners will be announced and awarded at the event; you need not be present to win.

Submissions

Please send a link to a full version of your game, including any necessary license keys to <[email protected]> by May 25, 2009. 

If you need to mail a CD, send to: Dave Bonan, 29 Ninth Avenue, Apt 3, Danbury, CT 06810

There is no fee to enter. CTFF Interactive does not own the rights to your games. We reserve the right to use images of your games in our promotions.

All three CT Video Game companies will be presenting and providing free titles for play in our FREE GAMING ROOM; Venan Entertainment, Left Brain Games and Sortasoft.

We are presenting 30 workshops for all skill levels, including technical and general interest, 8 panels, Interactive Juried Art Show, Films, Performances, Free Gaming, Exhibition and Keynote Address by Eric Zimmerman of GameLab.

I think this entry would be fine if it went in announcements or something. It might be spammy, but it's useful too. I may submit my game, will need to look more into it first though.

If I were going to pretend to speak for an organization, it'd be something cooler than the Connecticut Film Festival.

Why couldn't you come in and be like, "CANNES WANTS YOUR INDIE GAME"?
