Mini Architect lets you build 3D structures using a simple interface.  These can be then used to populate a city.  It's targeted for mobile devices.  Built using Unity

Update #3: Textures
- Fixed a bunch of issues in the triangulation algorithm to make it more stable
- Added UV to the generated geometry for texturing support

Update #2: Polygons
  Added support for N-sided polygons instead of just rectangles

Update #1:
  Build mode: Got basic 3D modelling algorithm working with Rectangle and Extrude tool
  City mode: Road layouts

TODO:
  - Texturing / Material browser
  - Decorative props (attach decorative meshes on the model)
  - Procedural props (roofs, fense etc)
  - Serialization
  - Data source (save and share buildings using Google Drive)
  - Knife tool to cut surfaces
  - Loop Cut tool (like in blender)
  - Terrain tool (grass blades, ground textures etc)

This looks really cool. Were there any major edge cases when creating the creating the modeling algorithm? I noticed in the video when you create the door in the beginning it seems to create an infinitely thin plane at the bottom, but when you extrude the "garage" area near the end of the video it doesn't.

Hey Keen, good catch.   It's a bug in the algorithm.   Walls of the first extruded surface seem to create a surface at the bottom

Of course I wouldn't dare to influence your project but to me this has a huge potential for a castle battle game or something like that. But even now I like this a lot. I wish I had such a game when I was a kid.

So is this going to be like the sims but you get to make your own buildings? Or do you just make the buildings and just populate a city? I love the background environment and the blur effect in the background!

Awesome look! What kind of game it would be? Something social where people can show off theirs creations maybe?
At this moment it seems to me that you need to be precise when creating rectangles and extruding things, will it work on mobile? Fingers doesn't have such accuracy, maybe snap to virtual grid will help, or snap for symmetry.

Sorry for the late update. been working on something else

@s-spooky g-g-ghosts @noumenus @Office57 Thanks!

@noumenus @Office57 It will be mostly social, creating and sharing. Don't have any gameplay ideas yet (open to suggestions)

@Office57 you are right, its a pain to draw in mobile for now.  Will experiment with a pencil like cursor with an offset on a visible range

@noumenus Unfortunately it won't look that good any more.  I don't own Unity Pro and the trial just expired :p

Update:
=======
