I did follow the instructions, I'm not sure what I was doing wrong but I was completely unable to make the turtle or the clone. And after failing about 20 times I gave up. I liked the idea but it just seemed pretty terribly implemented.
I had no trouble with the turtle potion. Remmeber the process its four pages (drop lp, boil, mix, drop more lp and boil again), I forgot that and wasted a few lollipops. Still not able to make the clone potion tho.

For a clone potion, boil the water before you add anything. The water will boil, then leave it sit a while longer. When it tells you you've managed to burn the water, dump in a bunch of candy, stop boiling, then put it in jars. Don't add anything until the water is burning, and don't stop it from burning until after you add the candy.
I'm on what I think is the final level.
EDIT: Woo beat it. Ask me anything.

that's exactly what I did for the clone potion, and it never worked. tried it many times. is there a minimum amount of candies? the most I ever put in was 400.

400 is probably too low. I went with 10,000 and got something like 37 potions. And yeah, the book does say there's a minimum, so that's why I aimed high on my guess.

I'm playing Monster Hunter tri for the third fucking time. It was cool the first time. Portable third was okay. Capcom I've sucked your fat cock enough, give me 4 before I blow out my god damned brains.
I've put in around 500 hours in this series and the 4th one looks too fucking good NOT to play.

Tried Shin Megami Tensei II again and again, I died on Red Bear. I suck so much at this game, but I keep trying. Anyone have any tips for this?

I've been trying to work my way through the Jumper games. They're so hard - I LOVE them! :D
Also trying to beat the Great Work by Nifflas.

IIRC 4000 got me 3. So 10k->37 seems weird to me! Maybe it's a logarithmic return? Also, fuck that dragon. Fuck him.

More Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon So much fun and so funny. I had an incident where I was sniping the cyber soldiers at a base and after taking out two, three of them jumped into a jeep and the driver drove right into explosive barrels. That... was hilarious.

Feels great to be back in Greenvale, ay Zach? It's nice to take a step away from the cramped city life. People weren't kidding about the framerate and audio issues though. The game hitches every now and then when sounds are being queued up. It's a bit annoying, but I gotta say, things do look a lot nicer this time around. What do you think, Zach?
I haven't really noticed the changes to the controls. Navigating the map is still a pain, but hey, it's Deadly Premonition. I can't wait to get caught up in all the side stories and subquests, but first things first- I need my cup of coffee. There's a process for everything, Zach.

Some Mercs hopped into a jeep when they were chasing me and span off the road into a Blood Dragon. I watched from a distance, the lasers are beautiful.
I got Deadly Premonition PS3, waiting for a project to finish before I get into it.
Fuck that Candies game.
