^ Aww yes, super chill from ~4min onwards. Instrumental hip-hop is my favorite hip-hop these days.

I'm listening to this in memory of one of my former teachers at the art academy
I read yesterday that Bartle Laverman, who taught at the Minerva Arts Academy in Groningen, has passed away. None of you people here know him, I'm sure, but he was such wonderful, loving and cheerful man, and his lectures were always a treat. He loved sharing his passion with us and entertaining us as we learned about philosophy, art history and art theory
One very happy memory I have is that time when he decided that it was very important that we watch this performance by The Who, for cultural-historical reasons, obviously. Not at all because he just loved watching it and wanted to share that joy with us, no, not at all
I remember sitting in the front row, that he walked to the back of the auditorium as the video starts playing... only for him to change his mind, and, much to our amusement, walk back with cheerful glee in his eyes (then again, when didn't his eyes sparkle like that? The man loved telling us stories) and turn up the volume to the max.
For cultural-historical accuracy, obviously
