Hey,
I recently got a Wacom tablet and have progressively gotten better haha, not that good. Anyways, whenever I try to color anything in just about any program, I usually use Photoshop, I just don't get a good picture and coloring the picture usually ruins the whole piece! I have searched all over and just can't seem to find a good tutorial for digital coloring/painting.

What I look at and say, "I want to color like that", are these kinds of pictures. (Heh, images are taken from the "TigSource Draws Robots" thread)

(linked because that would be a lot of pictures)

I know that just like everything, coloring will take time and practice. Yea, so basically the main point of this thread was for someone to point me in the right direction to for digital coloring with videos or tutorials. Thanks Smiley

Well, I'm not entirely sure either, I've got a Wacom too. I think it's some sort of crazy layering stuff. Also what program they're using might mean something.

Like I'm currently using Corel Painter X.

They might be using Photoshop!

Did you check that thread?  It had a lot a link to a tutorial.

You might also want to check Deviantart.com.  A lot of high-profile users write tutorials on how they color/do pretty much anything. Smiley
