I want to make this my avatar:

The problem is that whenever I try to make it my avatar it says that it's too big or the file format is wrong. I tried uploading a smaller version but that didn't work either. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

You may also be having problems with just uploading to the site in general, I personally never have been able to. If it continues not to work, you can try a hosting service (I used imagehost.org ) and see if that helps.
