EDIT: Found a translated phrase "Se hvad klokken er! 5 minutter over Jeg-er-røv-ligeglad.". I'm not entirely sure if that would be appropriate for a general audience. ("Røv" means "Ass")

These past few days I've been trying to fix up this jerky movement issue when you first start a game. I might just rewrite a few things to fix them. Also implemented quadtrees for collision, which actually works well (except for some bounding boxes which for some reason become nonexistent).

Okay, I hate double posting. Really not a big fan. HOWEVER!

Quadtrees weren't working; I wanna go with it was boundaries screwing up collision. It's 2 AM here and I just finished up working on a grid of lists of entities, which seems to work well. With 80,000 rectangles, I can find a group of them near the mouse and still get about 500 FPS. This should work in-game because there aren't even close to 80k entities, it's more like 400. I'll work on implementing this into the game in the morning though.

I made an array of Lists. I have an ArrayList in each "cell" of the grid. I can lookup a list in a certain cell and get all objects from that list. This makes lookup incredibly fast and enables me to get a high FPS even when looking through over 80,000 objects.

Yeah, there is. I'm not too sure the "well well well" joke works too good when translated into other languages though.
