Come on guys this one is pretty easy - just add your own -
1)"!00 Hits of LSD,some Methamphetamine, and some PCP, we then told him he was Superman."
2)"I can't see anything out of this helmet, where are you guys?"
3)"One recruit we called, the Mailman, he carried a pouch of grenades in envelopes."
4)"A couple SMGs, a long range catapult, and a psycho-path with guns."
