Looking for somebody to help illustrate/animate some fairly simple critters for my project; maybe 10-12 of them in total; in a simple two-colors + black/white (outlines, eyes, etc.) style. Most likely less than 20 frames apiece, some perhaps even as few as 6-8; and possibly "junior" (24x24) and senior (96x96) variations thereof. All in 2D platformer perspective, for now.

Many of which I suspect could be easily edited from Mario/MegaMan/Sonic sprites, or the like. Though I am aiming for a size that makes them compatible with ~48x48 character sprites in action (including some riding ones), and each should have a hit/defeat reaction.

Any takers?

Footsie
A critter akin to Metool and/or Eddie from MegaMan. However, also has the bounding Koopa Shell effect about it.

Crawly
A spider that crawls along, jumps, and can stick to walls/ceilings; and can climb on ropes and weblines it creates.

Porkuspine
A porcupine (typical Spiny) that can curl up and roll around. Might need a jump takeoff frame, but the rolling should suffice in it's jumping. A belly-up/recover animation would be key, too.

Menus Mytrap
What you'd get if you put a Chain Chomp together with a Pirahna Plant.

Batsy
Really, you can just post a hanging/dropping/flying bat, here. Hard to really build on that, unless you have something very creative

Buzzkill
The nigh-invincible pattern-moving bee enemies, just like in DKC. Possibly even a 3-framer here, for basic movement.

Robot Eye
A walking, jumping, punching, shooting thing along the lines of MegaMan X's Robot Ride armor, along with a bit of that old-school Big Eye flavor.

Pitfaller
Another simple enemy, it works along the lines of the Fryguys in MM1, or sometimes the Up'n'Downs from other MM games. Senior is more like SMB2's Fryguy; but none are necessarily firey; and friendly ones should be steppable on.

Tweeter
A dive-bombing birdlike enemy that moves like Beezo or Mony; and friendly ones follow you above like Parry from DKC3. Perhaps a struggling-to-carry animation, as players can jump and grab a friendly, and slowly glide like that.

Jurkey
The Squawks of the game, will also fill enemy roles like different kinds of Neckys, or possibly dropping goodies/surprises for the player ala Pippi.

Doghound
A doglike/wolflike critter that sits, runs around, and leaps/pounces. Possibly shoots from mouth.

Trunx
Elephant buddie similar to Ellie from DKC3.

Sawtooth
A gator, like Klaptrap and Klampon, but with jumping and quick-lunges; mostly for the sake of player-friendly, rideable ones (which fit the Rambi role).

Toadyu
A frog that bounds around, can wall jump, and can swim/spurt in any direction. To be used in and out of the water.

Jawbreaker
Shark with lunge-snap ability, possibly shooting as well.
