Anyone have any experience in this?
I'd feel like it would (should?) come up a lot around here.  I know that we could form a company with percentages of profits/losses being shared, but I'd prefer to avoid the fees associated with that until such a time as we actually sell the game we'd be making.

So, does anyone have a standard contract for collaborations that they have used in the past?
