Hi people!

I would like to announce the project I'm working on.
It's called, Section 101.

It's a sci-fi action adventure game that involves a lot of puzzle solving.
You need to investigate section 101 where all kind off weird things are happening.

Besides some platforming and shooting, the gameplay is about interaction with the environment.
You can for example freeze objects/enemies and it's possible to overcome gravity in different ways.

I would like to add some sort of corruption ammunition.
When you use this, all kind of weird things might happen.
Platforms for example might move faster,
and enemies can attack each other instead of the player.
But this is something that I need to work out a bit more.

What do you think of it?

I made a tutorial about how I create the lasers which I use in my game.

The textures are created with grease pencil, and some of Blenders build in procedural textures.
I'm also using vertex painting to create masks.

Very promising start, I like the world tilting mechanic, cheers. And kudos to making tutorials for people as that much be challenging as a solo dev to create the game and do that on top of it.

The game mechanics look like fun! I enjoy puzzles and sci-fi, and also like that you mention in the first video you are keeping within the scope of your abilities and not trying to make your dream game. Looking forward to seeing more on Section 101!
