I still think lo-fi roguelikes are the indie way go to.

Ok, here's what we do.

Everybody hack Canabalt to change its name. Don't change gameplay or graphics or anything, just the name. We'll then republish the game under all these different names, and we'll all pretend that it's an entirely new game each time. Each new name game will also get its own front page feature.

New people (neople, if you will) will be so confused, frustrated, and disappointed that they'll just leave outright.

Rinse, lather, and repeat until everyone is dead leaves us.
