Persona 3 & 4 have remained incredibly memorable. Hotline Miami 1+2 also, to give the obvious answer.

Persona 4, Mafia: City of the lost heaven, GTA 5 (ambient music, not radio), Painkiller, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Witcher 3, Metal Gear Solid Series, Uncharted (main theme), Paradise Cracked (old turn-based RPG with techno-rock soundtrack)

So many good ones! Not necessarily my favorite, but I always thought the music to Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles was cool. Weird game though.

Kirby 64, Kirby's Return to Dreamland, Sonic CD (Japan), Thunder Force IV, Ristar, Gimmick!, Mother series, Super Castlevania IV, and various Final Fantasy's.
Kirby's (especially the two I mentioned) are my absolute favorite. I didn't get around to playing any Kirby games until 2011 when I curiously downloaded Kirby 64. After beating it my mind was blown because I could remember and enjoy EVERY single song from that game, which never happened to me. Nothing could ruin my happiness from it. Even now, I'm still happy! Made me appreciate game music as whole to a point that I pretty much exclusively listen to game music. There's not a single artist I listen to, other than various videogame composers.

Oh yeah, red dead redemption has some nice music too. Woody jackson worked on that as well I believe. Btw woody jackson is from the band friends of dean martinez who you should check out if you like the RDR and GTA 5 music.

Huge fan of Dave Wise's work (specifically DKC2 and 3).
Earth Worm Jim 2's music is off-the-wall and all kinds of awesome.
My wife and I had "To Zanarkand" play during our wedding.
Super Mario RPG's music is bloody legendary. Love.
Opening music for FF6 still gives me chills.
