Designer looking for people to work with

I'm a designer looking for people to make games with. Mine, yours, whaterver.
I have modest artistic talents and some rusty programming skills.

I have a couple simple projects in mind to get started. In particular I'm looking for:

1. A programmer who can program a decent smearable blob for release on tablets and PC browser. More details on the project here

2. A 2D artist to help prototype a dragon system with interchangeable body parts. I'd just like to prototype a visual system before I can continue with combat design.
