I'm not sure if I took simplistic design too far this time, any input about what could of made this game better is much appreciated! Also, I took a risk by making the main character similar to the bub from bubble bobble. My hope is that the "homage" to bubble bobble will be endearing, let me know if it feels a little too rip-off-y lol. I was honestly thinking

more than Bubble Bobble when seeing that screenshot.

Simple but fun! Got about 60,000 after a few short plays.

Only thing I think it's missing is some kind of audiovisual reward when you eat a bunch of bugs at once to reinforce the scoring. Even something as simple as "10x bug multiplier."
