I don't know about this whole IGF thing.  It seems pretty out of the way.  Travelling all the way to Americaland is pretty expensive, the only way I could afford it would be if I won lots of money there.

I guess what I'm trying to say is: it doesn't seem very indie.

Smiley

Things aren't that bleak, thankfully. We really are rushing up to the last second with this, but we've done loads of work over the last few weeks and the end is in sight. And we still have two weeks! So I'm still optimistic! Beer!

Most of the time, anyway Sad

I'm not going to be ready to enter by Nov. 1st. I'll be ready for 2010, though.

I might launch in time, but I don't want to enter 'till the game's been running for a while.

Go toastie!
Go Terry!
Go Annabelle!

I keep procrastinating instead of creating content, I don't know why I can't get down to serious business.  Angry

I have the same problem, I just can't make myself work. Although funny enough, I get my best work done when I don't want to work.  WTF

I'm going to enter my groin into IGF this year, on the basis that it's the best game in town.

Although, it does receive substantial corporate sponsorship. Is this still considered 'indie?'

I'm going to enter my groin into IGF this year, on the basis that it's the best game in town.

Take your pick:

  • But it's such a short game.
  • It could use a little more polish.
  • There's very little challenge, it isn't nearly hard enough.
  • Is this going to be in the Casual Games category?

Some reviewers also said it was... buggy?

I'm already regretting this joke.
