The point is probably to raise awareness. 1600 paper-mache anything will begin to draw a crowd at some point, so all they had to do was hand out fliers and stuff.

But then again, it would have been an axe rather than a pamphlet, and you wouldn't live to tell it....so yeah. Also, pandas are meh. |
