Isn't WWF supposed to be helping nature? How is 1,600 plastic pandas any help at all?

That is still an incredible waste of plastic for a nature-oriented organisation.

The point is probably to raise awareness. 1600 paper-mache anything will begin to draw a crowd at some point, so all they had to do was hand out fliers and stuff.

I'm one of those people who read everything, and occasionally keep spiffy stuff. I'm a proud owner of a pamphlet from the Church of Satan!

Had you said it was a pamphlet for the church of KHOOoooOoooRNnnNnnnNNNE!!!!! arrghbraaargh!!!!, you might have impressed me. But I am afraid you have failed to do so. But then again, it would have been an axe rather than a pamphlet, and you wouldn't live to tell it....so yeah. Also, pandas are meh.

They're actually paper-mache made from recycled newspapers =p It's still an incredible waste of paper. Most likely, half of that was thrown away.
