These days I also work on protecting game <-> server communication.

For example, when a new update is released and there are players playing the game, server won't accept the submitted scores/replays because they are now old. Also game shows a warning like "Connection Lost, please restart the game".

This way, people won't be able to send old replays to newly updated version.

Polished the spike tiles' collision boxes to prevent this buggy situation where you can stand at the edge of a spike tile (character's collision-box is also to a bit at right side when he is standing):



but be a little bit forgiving at the same time so it does not kill you when you are running & falling like in this situation:

Added Input Indicator which can be shown Never/Only in Replays/Always. It works fine in Replays even if you slow down or speed up the replay.

Today I fixed turrets were not able to shoot when they are placed inside walls.

Now I did the same thing for my raycast algorithm so

You can see that both turrets in picture are inside wall, they can raycast outside the wall, but after it's going out of the wall, the ray can hit a wall or the player.

Did the same thing for lasers too.

I also think I became very good at making perfect loop GIFs Coffee



Laser ignores the walls before it's out of the wall.

Polished the replay's look. Put a time-bar below, yet it's not very clear in this screenshot because of the water. Colors are changing dynamically depending on the player's colors(they can pick hook colors).

Replay speed is now changeable between 0.1X for super-slow-motion and 32X for super-fast-forwarding. Since player inputs are also visible, it's now possible to catch every detail of gameplay!

Middle of the camera view one is veeery disturbing. I will make character the listener instead and have some of the sounds positional anyways.
