Sorry colorblind people, couldn't find a satisfying solution. Pure black and white seemed discriminatory, and just a pattern on the blocks interfered far too much with the aesthetics. Maybe I will work out something sensible in the future. Hope to release later this week on win/linux/mac! Android will follow later this spring.

Could you have colorblind mode be a toggle? Only show patterns on blocks if it's enabled. Seems like a good way to not mess with the aesthetics for non-colorblind people while still letting everyone else play.

You're giving me a guilty conscience here.
I planned this to be toggleable, but right now I am not able to make it look just as good as the plain version. Too much interference with the patterns. I'd be very happy to discuss this with an actual colorblind person. If there's someone around, please get in touch.

You have to remember that there's multitudes of color blindness. You could use Color Scheme Designer to choose the colors you currently use, and then use the top to choose the color blind alternative. Then do that for each type of color blindness, and let the user choose which one they'd like to use. Seems a little far fetches but it could be manageable.

Or I am just using monochrome variations depending on the amount of different blocks in the level. I think the maximum is five.

I love your game. It's so good and you got it done and wrapped up in a couple of months. Good work man.
What did you develop this in, btw?

Thanks fellas! A shit I forgot something. Should I add colorblind mode? 10% of male population is, huh? YES YOU SHOULD! Sorry, couldn't find a satisfying solution in time. Are you a colorblind person? Would you be interested in testing a colorblind version in the future? I have followed this thread but I will be giving you six dollars and there's nothing you can do to stop me!! See, thats reverse psychology working. Srsly people, buy the game or PM me for key, play the thing!

The problem is that there is no such thing as one type of colourblindness. I think the toggle-able pattern suggestion is the easiest solution. That, or making it possible to select your own palette.
