"I've run folding at home for 50 hours a month and have yet to see it ooze medicine"  WTF
Classic. Now, are Tigers going to infilitrate EA's boards to protest the monocle.. ?

That sounds kinda immature; doesn't our use of monocles make us superior to that kind of behavior?

Well, after thinking about my suggestion, I just realized how epic it actually is.

Think about it people...hoards of owls swooping out of the sky, invading EA and mauling everyone.  Smashing all those glass windows with a terrifying shriek.  Feathers, claws, bird shit.  It would be EPIC.

I believe that "The Monocle Game (tm)" was designed by Kyle Gray of the Experimental Gameplay Project (one of the original team).
I cite this gamedev.net article.

...Why should we give him a hard time?
He's fighting for the same ideals we are, right?

I have no idea if anyone else has pointed this out yet, so don't hurt me if I'm spouting old news...

But dear sir, you do not know that a monocle is one unique equipment only to be worn by the real gentleman in the Tiger family.

And now for something out of System Wars that is just about the polar opposite of fun:

The light my LCD gave off displaying that phrase just shattered my monocle.  And I'm afraid for Panda now too...

Do you hear it?..

It is Imodoltec, the ancient Incan spirit of indie, crying.

On the upside, I learned from that thread that Crysis really does have some smashing artwork. It's far from the soulless tech demo that many people paint it as.

Reminds me of Myst III more than anything.
