so what is your standard resolution for browsing the INTERNET? (not games =)
1024 x 768 here. when i set higher its not possible to have 85hz (no flickering).

whoops, I misvoted. Thought it was 1280*whatever (which is what it used to be), but my res isn't up there - 1152*864

i just want to know what resolution is used nowadays the most. i know that im not very up to date with my 1024 x 768 currently. (i want to buy a tft sometimes to set up a better resolution...plus a new pc later) |

Why don't you have any widescreen resolutions? I think most people have widescreen monitors now.
I'm on 1440x900, the resolution of kings.

I have a rather old monitor (non-flat screen)/graphic card. 1280x1024 is the best I can get.

hm it seems that more than i have thought have widescreen or other resolutions...
i think a new poll with more resolutions would fit the gap but i think then it would be neccessary to include all the available resolutions which will be an extreme long poll...hm.
that would be about 50 possible otptions from 800 x 600 to 7680 x 4800.
