The game is about an alien invasion on the moon's space station. As a mutant that has been genetically engineered by the world's top scientists, you must use your heightened abilities to help fight off the swarms.

You run along the sides of the screen endlessly, but with one tap on your iOS device or one tap of the x key on your computer, you can flip from one side of the screen to the other. Smash an alien on the opposite side, killing them and scoring one point. Run head-on into an alien and you lose!

You can smash multiple aliens at once for combo points, and collect a variety of power-ups to aid you in scoring even higher. There are multiple alien species to fight off, and even bosses to conquer! You can play as one of five characters: either the titular one or one of the guest characters from other popular games.
