What does the steam controller do that makes it interesting? I am wondering how practical those haptics are. If it ends up as tiring as using a notebook touch pad then it is not for everyone.

Can you sell your own mods (not altering game-engine)? For example, those that made their own items for The Sims 1 or those that make new level packs for Counter-Strike. Can you sell those? They aren't marketed as files independent of the original game engine (thus you still need the original game to use these mods) and the files don't include the entire game in it anyway.
it seems to me there isa market already about sims items and mod, google it. I am asking if it is legal to do that for other games or for games in general

Konami is doing some reorganization it seems... even the KojiPro LA studio has been renamed Konami Los Angeles. Or maybe Kojima is tricking us. Again.

you can totally go for unity5 however and even buy asset store stuff ... it save time! But what game you should do first is whatever you are excited about but simpler, single player and small scope if it's your first game. Actually the fact of smaller scope can lead you to innovation. A smaller scope skyrim might still be bigger than skyrim itself in size (not in interlocking system, complexity and asset number, see minecraft early version). SO just talk about what game excite you Else make a genre shifted five night of freddy (or a twine game)

Unity 5 is a powerful engine, but for now I will go with GM: Studio. I have a pro version from 2 years ago and I already have experience making a few games.
I always wanted to expand a shmup game I made on LD, so I will go out of my comfort zone and make a bit larger scale game from it. Only a bit xD
And no, another Freddy's is a big no xD
