https://grisk.itch.io/dain-appDain-App is a free app that let you take any form of media like movies, stop-motion, anime, cartoons, sprites, etc and interpolate new frames, generating a bigger frame-rate from the original file.
The app is currently in alpha and development. Sadly for now it require CUDA, so any computer that don't support CUDA will not be able to run this app (AMD and older Nvidia cards).
Interpolating Pixel Art and Sprites with AI. https://animerefiner.com/AnimeRefiner is new type AI that can make animation more beautiful and high resolution. Through AnimeRefiner, any animation can higher its resolution 4 times in both length and width https://twitter.com/ssh4net/status/1230722640320421894Sad that Japanese companies and labs using situation that most of Japanese managers do not understand english. So can sell as service something that available for cheap outside Japan. For example TopazLab Gigapixel for Video. Or waifu2x project. Or even 8 years old Nnedi3 plugin.

The trick to being a good forum user is to treat these types of threads like your personal bookmarks

Feel free to reprimand me if this is too self-promote-y, but I've recently started a video series on examining art tricks from an art direction perspective rather than a technical one, specifically targeted at indies. It examines trends that I've observed from other indie titles, rather than my own. Figure it might be of some use in a thread like this:

Has anyone tried using that Dain-App? It actually looks promising but I'm afraid to dive in without knowing it will pay off right now.
