Well, I've been lurking for a while, and I'm going to try my hand at the Fall Festival compo. I'm coming in really late, so here's hoping I can get something decent done.

The idea is that you're chasing a Squonk. It's leaving a trail of tears across a randomly generated grid of rooms. If you don't catch it fast enough, it'll dissolve into tears entirely.

Along the way, you might have to defend yourself from other terrors, maybe something simple like bats.

I plan to have a full black and white style to make it kinda creepy.

I'll post my progress as I go.

Well, I got something "done", but I don't really feel it's competition worthy, so I think I'll withdraw, and instead post it in the Feedback WIP section.
