Title: Mixed Words
Post by: cyber95 on May 06, 2008, 12:09:59 PM
I have a general idea, so I might as well just make a thread for it.

My game is going to be an Interactive Fiction that's different every time you play.

When you start the game, five to ten rooms will be randomly generated, in random places with random items around them. One room will contain an exit that must be opened and entered to complete the game. Depending on what items and rooms are generated, the solution may be greatly different between plays.

I'm also thinking of making what's generated put together a story that also differs depending on the content.

Don't pay too close attention to updates, as I'm a terrible procrastinator, and if I'm lucky I'll manage to go all the way through with this.

Be interested to see how you make this hang together.  I'm sure you've played Act of Murder?  :)
