Print Page - Paying for illustrator to create DOOM-themed artwork for my arcade cabinet

I want to pay an illustrator to make DOOM-themed artwork for my personally built/designed arcade cabinet. You will be helping me realize a childhood dream with your work. I spent a lot of time in arcades as a kid. I also played an unhealthy amount of DOOM and DOOM II. Ever since I was a kid and my buddy won an MK2 arcade cabinet, it solidified a dream of mine to one day have my own. This project is something that helped me out quite a bit during a bad period in life, and I have a lot of passion about what's going to be put on it. All that aside...

I have SVGs for the marquee, the control panel, and the two sides (will use the same art on both sides). I will be printing these to vinyl, and need a CMYK source. I need the illustrator to be capable and comfortable with creating dark and gory artwork. I want something unique/custom, and the reason I say this is because I want the illustrator to have as much creative freedom as possible. I have a general idea and large creative box to keep us in scope (see below), but beyond that, I want the illustrator to have a chance to be creative. That being said, I would need to see your portfolio before hiring you. Conversely, I'm sure you'll have questions for me!

The pieces

Marquee (27.25"w X 7.25"h): Fairly straight forward "DOOM" lettering. Would like the background to generally follow the same background as the rest of the pieces

Something key to keep in mind is that this will be printed on vinyl and will be LED backlit.
Sides (Roughly 30"w X 70"h): I've always wanted the sides to be as if the arcade was some kind of portal to hell, with a demon ripping its way out, grabbing at us poor humans.
