Those numbers (1-F) are just for debugging.

The gameplay will be much like pacman, but with several locked doors and some items/weapons. Bombs are both a weapon and a key: it "opens" breakable bricks. I was thinking of having more types of doors-openers; like the classic move-the-stone/switch or have hidden doors. Those things might get added later.

What's missing now is enemies and sound. I'm hoping to release a demo later this week(end).

Implemented maze generation, with tweakable parameters (growing tree algorithm):

Controlling the player and collision detection also works.

I'm thinking of making it kind of puzzle-based with some shmup gameplay added on. But it depends if there is enough time to implement it all.

Playable demo now ready!

Download here or here!

I don't have time to work on it anymore so I'm declaring it finished.

I'm in!

I've been experimenting with procedural generation, but never made an actual game that used it fully.

It will definitly be a 2D game using SDL, but I haven't decided on what the game should be about yet. Perhaps some strategy or shooter.
