I've turned what started as a crappy sketch in my notebook, into something (I hope, at least) worth looking at!

go looks cool, but the logo and associated images? Seriously google, graphics FAIL. Are you really criticizing the graphics, when they're showcasing a programming language? @Cthulhu32 That was epic.

Nice job so far, Elk. You've really captured that blank-reptillian-stare thing going on. I'm a bit confused in regards to the rear-parts of his body, though I'm assuming he's sort of a komodo-dragon style lizard on all fours just resting. Something about the back leg there is making me go though, but I can't place it. I like the hot hot colour you've used for the sky in the background. I think it's that the light placed on it makes the leg look as it's joined backwards, in such a style:

 This is Vanof. My much-beloved character that I created during the time I played "Mabinogi", an online game by Nexon.(which I still pop in and out of constantly-- play a little here and there.) I liked the look and feel of this guy so much, I decided to bring him into the fighting game I'm working on! I have a huge emotional attachment to this persona!

Objective-C is total crap. I just don't understand the effectiveness of: [variable method];
Then I excels to... [variable SetValue: @"String" AtTime: 150.f];
When the method name is SetValueAtTime(NSString, float) And it just stacks up and get messier from there. Not only do I think it's highly unreadable, I think it's entirely unintuitive.(which is a lot to say for a C-based programming language.) This is the sole reason for my deposition to Mac/iPhone development. [/end rant] I support that C++ is the new English. So many structural similarities.

This. It would be awesome. Unfortunately, my parents aren't too happy I'm hanging out here as it is. It would probably only make it worse if I collaborated with someone. :< Maybe when I'm older! Look me up when you get older. Seriously.

How about explaining how the game works? I read a bit about it on your blog, but honestly, I got lost pretty quickly. It's awesome to see Indie work on the Android now.

I Hate <Insert Character/s>:
This game's goal is to massacre as many <Insert Character/s> as you can with a fiendish chainsaw as quickly as possible before the timer runs out, a la River City Ransom style.

honestly, no offense intended by this, but I'd take a look at some existing libraries if I were you -- I'm sure your capable of writing one -- but you'll realize quickly that it's gonna take a hell of a lot of time to write all that out even if it's all fairly simple. Check out sfml -- cross platform, great license, does everything you want it to do. http://www.sfml-dev.org/so instead of spending time writing an engine you can spend your time writing great games. you want to go for playability first before making the 'best looking code ever'. end users don't often 'look under the hood', you just want the car to be shiny (and really fun to drive)! if you're getting my metaphor ;P edit: or alternatively, build upon sfml / combine it with a 2d phys engine like chipmunk or box2d.. basically just write a layer on top of it to make it look and feel exactly the way you want it to. Funny you mention that-- Because that was my verdict I reached a few days ago.(using and building upon SFML)

Yo! More fun with my new tablet, a character named Shoujo for a game concept. (it's the same game as the one that anthropomorphic cat I was working on in the pixel art topic) I'm not sure what kind of criticism to ask for, but don't hesitate if you've got any comments! @Caliber9 I like the old Chinese style you used in that painting, very nice.

Remember when you initialize an array that it's counter starts at zero!  Doing, for instance int array[30];
Actually gives you the value range at and between 0 and 29. So if you tried something like this(which seems to be a somewhat-typical beginner error) for(int i = 0; i <= 30; ++i) { array[i] = 10; }
You're bound to run into issues.(which is why I doubly recommend the != operator for for loops. i != 30 would work perfectly fine.)
