Congratulations! A fine example of a de-make.

Too true!!  Congratulations on a brilliant demake, a must play for any Silent Hill 2 fans.

the monty mole series.

Aufweidesein monty was one of my pet favourites..

It was 'impossamole' to complete though, scored some minus points for that.

How about a game based in Stratford City, London, the site of the upcoming Olympic Games?  Cool

I am going to be buying the Blackwell series, it looks great  -- really reminds me of the old Lucasarts classics..

Got to add that Heroes 2 is in some ways better than 3, because the troops are probably balanced a little more equally overall.

During Heroes 3 multiplayer, me and my friends used to find that some of the races wouldn't fare too well against others...

Loved the simplicity of Heroes 2, the sequel Heores 3 was even better, so far my favourite.  Heroes 2 was the game that go me into turn based stratrgy though (other than chess obviously).  The balance of exploration and strategy was perfect, each new item you discovered had an air of magic to it.  Personally I always levelled up when finding a treasure chest, instead of forfeiting the experience points for Gold..

Loved the Dungeon, the Tower, the Homestead and Fortresses in Heroes 3.  (I think that's right).  The enemy creatures were cool too.

Heroes 4 was a royal mistake, a traitor to the crown of Erathia!!

Nice work with the coverage from Destructoid.  I can only hope that development on this mighty fine port does NOT stop here!!!

Nice work

Any exposure is a sign of effort versus achievement - it deserves love this remake, it's quality..

It would be nice to see somebody from Konami showing some interest, after all flattery is the highest form of flattery, as is imitation.

I personally think the music is Soundless Mountain II is of equal quality to any Konami theme tunes.

Link to the Past.. Ocarina too, but the story and music are almost identical.  It was the pinnacle of 2D tile based rpg's.  One of the best soundtracks ever too.

Character ability was determined by item recovery, rather than XPoints, which meant that solving adventure game style puzzles were the way to advance ability, rather than just repetetive combat which a lot of contemporary tile based jrpgs did employ to that effect.

The concept of the 'dark world' has also never been used in such a dramatic and emotional way, showing the simple forest people being taken over by the oppressors.

A story of black magic and dictatorship threatening white magic and innocence.

Epic game.

Looking forward to playing through to the ending.. also loved the last demo!

The music is sounding so perfect, it almost improves on the original, that's no mean feat.

Also the gameplay is well balanced now, combat works really well, it's getting real satisfying flattening those bad guys, you know this..

Hope you win the contest!!  Speak soon man

Hi Ben

How are you?

and Revenge of Shinobi

Just read the article in GamesTM and remembered the bosses: T1000, Godzilla, Spiderman... don't know how Sega got away with such blatant license infringement!!  Got to find that funny though, especially bearing in mind the fact that genuine ingenuity is widespread through the games design regardless of those amusing references.

What a game though, also cant believe the final boss fight was timed, the whole effort is pointless if you dont drop him in time!!!  Still cant believe I managed to complete it, + got the good ending when I was only about 14.

Showing my age there haha

Nice to meet you Glock, Ben Glock

The first Zombie you encounter once you cross the dining room has to be the quirkiest most disturbing flesh-lover I have ever seen.

Seeing it on the DS is jokes!!

Trilby disagrees.

Actually I am a real fan of Trilby's adventures also, and would make them a close second.. I am also looking to make an adventure using AGS soon if anyone is up for a collaboration - was thinking of using 3D graphics..

Thought of another Monkey Island(s) 1,2, and 3

Best ever rubber chicken of all time.
