Player / General / Competitive or Cooperative?

Do you like teaming up with a buddy to conquer that evil alien boss or does your buddy need some conquering of his/her own? Feel free to provide examples!
Personally, I generally like having a friend on my side when I take down the enemy hordes. Probably the most prominent co-op experience in my mind is Life Force.

More
goodness this way comes.
Also, I started to play PompiPompi's game,
, but unfortunately due to the crap framerate of my computer and it being much longer than most games I do, I fear I shall abandon it. Thank you so much for the game, though, sir!

I noticed that you can skip a lot of obstacles by moving off-screen and re-entering. Don't know if you want to keep that in the game.

1: Did you hear that group of shapeshifters stopped robbing banks and are going straight?
2: Did they get caught?
1: No, they turned themselves into the police.

More vids up! , a game by Alistair Aitcheson , a game by Miroslav Malesevic Let's Beat Paths 2, episode one, in which we do the first several levels of a game by Glaiel-Gamer @Alistair: I'm just speaking from personal experience wrt XNA deployment. I don't like the way they have to be installed, etc. @Noyb: I did; there was a lot of talking in the game, and it just didn't come out well with commentary.
