It looks like they're all gone again now.

I have a friend (an experienced audio guy) who was interested in the jam. I don't want to seem like a mad ticket-grabbing vulture, but if any become available again, he seemed very keen to buy a ticket. I'll keep an eye out on eventbrite too.

Just send a message before if you're thinking of heading so we can be sure that we'll hang about Smiley

Cool. Is there a meet up tonight? I'll be released from work at around 6.30, so can be somewhere for 7pm.

yep!  and turn up.  (roster is optional, really).  Also, just to check - you know that there are indie devs who meet up every Tuesday in Cambridge, right? ( http://cambridgeindies.com/ / http://twitter.com/cb2indies )

I think I'd heard it mentioned somewhere before, but never properly investigated it. I'd probably only be able to get there for about 7 or 8pm, but looks like fun.

Ok, I went ahead and bought a ticket!

Name:
Dan

Coming From
Cambridge, so I guess I'm here already.

What I does
Mostly programming (C++, C#, Javascript, a bit of Java, the tiniest possible amount of actionscript), I'm reasonably good at sketching, storyboarding, but have never been great at digital art.

Some of the things I've worked on:
I was at Dare To Be Digital a couple of years ago, and went to last year's global game jam. Also did a few things at university. And have started on an Android game and a Flash/Flex game, but not anywhere near to completing it, as I haven't quite figured out how to work outside of work.

TIGJam participation:
Hopefully find some collaborators and complete a game!

What I want out of TIGjam:
It'll be good to meet some nice people, and to make games again as I've had a few months away from it.

Hello!

I've realised I won't be able to make the Global Game Jam and was wondering if there's an alternative. I've just found this jam, wow, it's just around the corner! I'd love to come along if you'll have me.

Do I just have to buy myself a ticket and add myself to the roster?

Thanks Greender. I'm now feeling some weight of expectation!

This is going to be my first real attempt at Unity development, fingers crossed it'll be good.

Hello, Hi, I'm new here, but I really like the idea of this competition so thought I'd join in if that's ok. I'll try to join in on other discussions too though!

I really liked the look of this:

My first thoughts are of some sort of game where you slingshot about in space using gravity. It may change though.
