It's beautiful, but is it really possible to win ? Also, why "réveiller" and not "tomber", like in your english translation ? It confused me the first few times I tried, I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong, and why he was falling like this :p johnki > The translation of the explanation is : Grab the tea pot in the shadow of the colossus before it fall. J + K to walk, be careful though because pounding your keyboard will also make it fall.

Haha, no updates since last march, again, but this time I got a bêta for you ! Shooter vs Spawner Bêta 0.1 !It features a few new invaders (one is generating "pixels", the money, thanks to TobiasW :p), and I'm not planning to add any other to the game. I'm now looking for testers for balancing and bug-tracking ! I'll mainly use some IRL friends for that, but any feedback will be gladly appreciate ! Some screenshots of this version :

Mine work perfectly on Seven 64. I played it when it was released, but forgave after losing a few time at level 2. This is a great opportunity to give it a second try !
I'm currently at level 6 (I took the low road). I learn two levels, save when I pass them both without losing a life, and continue. When at level 8, I'll do it again with 3-4 levels per save.
It's the first time I try to beat an horizontal shoot'em'up and I never though it was so fun to do and re-do entire levels just to memorize them !
In addition to Sinclair's post : when you die, you lose : 3 green powerups, 3 red, 1 yellow ans 1 blue.

They are pretty much the same except brighter That's why ! This red is too red, in my opinion The only thing I did was widen the head so you can actually see a facial expression, which is something that I think is really important for conveying charm and personality, and I was lacking in the old sprites, especially with how far out I had the camera. But this is true. First post here, but I'm following Archer very closely, you're doing a wonderful work, especially with this daily devlog

Supporting, it's really a kind of project that is worth supporting because it's not going the standard popularity\hype route.
Same thing ! We need more projects developping brand new fun ways to play. Remind me of racing pitch, by the way. Hope you'll reach your goal

When you hit "w" while the text is appearing, it go to the next page ; it should instead display the whole current page, and then go to the next page when "w" is hit again. I missed a few lines because of it. (I'm not sure to be clear ?)

Router/Collector is great too, I'm considering it. Maybe a boss power.  Hi ! I'm the new one of the Spawner team ! Like my friends, I'm not very cute, but I'm useful : I shot a laser beam that slow down the Shooter when he's under it  Now, I need you ! I'm looking for another one or two invaders like this one, that didn't shoot to kill but have a power, a function, that bother the Shooter or help the Spawner. I have a few ideas, but nothing very satisfying (for exemple, an invader that make invisible the others invaders around him). So please, throw anything you can think of ! You'll get special thanks  By the way, the demo/alpha is coming. And a little website.

Just a tip: - Try to use fixed line width everywhere (eg. 2px) otherwise brains gets confused while watching at the big pixel ships and thin 1px lines
