C++ to C is IMHO easier (I've gone the reverse route). Even easier would be to start with Java or C#, though C++ is better for games.

More expensive mouse will generally have better ergonomics (smaller chance of RSI etc.), higher resolution (800 DPI vs 800-3500DPI for example), higher quality materials and therefore better grip, more durability...

My favorite is PugiXML. One .cpp file, just compile it with your project.

A flight simulator which would "feel" just like this video:



The existing simulators are all too perfect whereas if you look at the video, you can see that the planes move in all directions all the time yet they are stable. The motion in the video just looks so much more natural (well, it is natural but that's not the point) than the flight sims where you go pretty much straight where you are pointing at.

Hmm, i will probably delete it, but before that i will need to conclude a test, when people hower over the menu the new game, join game, load game and terminate become red. So it doesnt really confuse, but ... its just my oppinion, so lets just hold on for now. If more people after the test will feel like so then i will remove those ^^
I'm right when I say that the menu is against basic typography rules.
