Not sure if this is where I pos it, but I decided to get some feedback Yesterday or the day before, I made an implementation of pixel spaceships in MMF2. This is my attempt to turn it into a game. There is a problem with the music, as I'm not sure how to seamlessly switch between two tracks in MMF2. There is also only one weapon so far, and it has 4 levels. Beating a big enemy and taking the powerup levels your weapon up, and getting hit levels your weapon down. Requires Windows. Minor Update: Score files are now encrypted. Here's a screenshot (My laptop makes it really hard to play a game and make a screenshot at the same time) Download

I was messing around in PxTone earlier and decided to try making a song with my volume muted, so while I was editing it, I didn't know what it sounded like at all. I also wasn't allowed to edit it later because that would be cheating Here is the resulting song looped twice (In my opinion it didn't turn out absoloutely horrible). http://files.getdropbox.com/u/421763/blind1.mp3Anyway, it was kind of fun, and I decided it would be a good challenge for people to try. And if you make one, you have to post it, no matter how bad it sounds

I'm not getting the DSi simply because of the region locking. I get most of my handheld games from america because thats where they come out first, and I haven't updated my Wii since the freeloader blocking update. Also DS phat > lite because I have unjustified bias towards the phat

I've wanted to do a sort of "Video Game Mogul"-type project for a while. So, basically, a simulation game about running a company that makes games. But, I think the really interesting part would be to allow anyone to play or at least compete with historical game companies in different eras, making the game also a really good way to learn the history of gaming. Play as Atari and make sure you don't produce 12 million Pac-Man cartridges! Play as EA and see how well you can do making original IPs with your nearly unlimited resources! That's the only problem, is I don't know if you can include other game companies and the titles of their games without legal issues. I know logos would be out of the question, but are company names?
I think someone posted something like that on TDC once. http://www.create-games.com/download.asp?id=4949http://www.create-games.com/download.asp?id=6455Not sure if this is the kind of game you meant.

I have the same problem, though I'm probably worse off; I probably wouldn't be able to finish making a one level platformer before I got bored of it

Your stuff is always so good! I listened to quite a lot of it on your website after learning PXtone from the tutorial Anyway, did anyone even listen to that music I posted last page
