We're also working on some missions that require the krabbits at different ages and times in their life. So alive Teella, kid Teella and kid Kria were born.

krabbitworlds seems to be a one gal mmo thats amazing youre already starting on content for the next expansion? isnt the game still in closed beta? Thanks! Yes, we are still in closed beta and will be for a bit longer yet. Anyone interested in testing and giving feedback in the next release is welcome. The response from the last release inspired us to move to a new engine, so we've pretty much started again, though we've moved much faster than previously. About the MMO part - we're doing it a bit different from the typical MMO, in that it's more adventure based and focused on a unique style of combat rather than grinding. So we don't really push it as an MMO even though many people will be able to play. krabbitworlds seems to be a one gal mmo thats amazing Whilst it is indeed amazing I was under the impression it was actually a small team? Wow! thanks for posting that. That's an ancient link that needed correcting. The team is indeed small. There's only two of us. Programmer and artist. We just work really hard and work all the time. A more up to date team description is on the Krabbit Online site.

Currently I'm creating content for KrabbitWorld: Origins, our next Krabbit Online release. This includes everything 3d and 2d from making it to placing it, assigning materials, shaders, etc. I love my job. The gui is in progress, more to come with it. The player's avatar will be in the center of the leafy xp circle top left of screen. Lots more screenies at KrabbitWorld: Origins screenshot gallery.

So, do ferrets play mmos or what?
They are actually very intelligent. Much smarter than cats and dogs. We've seen them take an interest on whatever is going on on the screen. One of ours can walk upright for a few steps and we've seen them make decisions. So, do ferrets play mmos or what?
Have you seen the typing skills of players? Or the way they just sit there, hitting the jump button over and over and over... I think that's a pretty good answer right there. No.. it's a pretty limited perspective..

hmmm, needs more mmo
Ha, no.. those are old.. pez is new and rates the spot on the display shelf. hmmm, needs more mmo
There are more mmo's here..Horizons, CoH, CoV, Tabula Rasa... prolly more that just aren't coming to mind atm... It helps to understand that we are ferret people.. we've had ferrets for over 10 years.. sometimes as many as 5 at a time.. They are so adorable.. and it's not always easy to come across ferret items..

Plasma/LCD for us..
With a minimum of 4 computers and 6 monitors in one room on at all times, LCD is the win. CRT's generate too much heat and take up too much space. My favourite is of course, my Apple Cinema Display.
With mac calibration on all monitors, the resolution, clarity, colour are all perfectamungo!

This is my spot.. I live here 24/7 practically.. It's about 1/3 of the technology in our computer room.. The hum is almost scary. The power went out for 3 hours xmas eve and the silence was abrupt and disturbing.. No need for heat in this room, lol.
