I came here to see Jeff Lait's roguelike, but I'm dissapointed now that it's got nothing to do with roguelikes.

To completely get rid of piracy, make the game free. Then noone will illegally download it.

Of course it's a problem. Size matters.
And 432kb is much!
 - the 3d graphics can be rendered when the game starts
 - the textures can be generated by algorithms
 - it could use the DirectX API, which eats around ~10kb if you use it wisely

432kb is _very_ much...

Well, you should have pressed '?' when you started. That gives you a list of *all* the commands the game has. English isn't my primary language, but the grammar I used in the game is a zombie's. That's why 'huuman' appeares, and why there's no plural form.
The commands are restricted because the source code has 1022 bytes. To achieve this, I had to obfuscate the code at maximum, and I had to let out some of the features a complete text adventure has.
"Places", as they appear in-game, are randomly generated by a hundred of bytes, from a list of 6 adjectives and the possibility of making the place super-descript (2 adjectives) or descript (only one).
All there things were pulled out to keep the source <1 kb.

Here's a list of the commands if you still have problems understanding:
? help = shows the list of commands
a attack = if there are people near you, you try and attack them
e eat = if you kill someone, eating will heal you
m zombie-move = move randomly away from your current place
l look = shows the room description
s status = shows your hitpoins.
exit guess what.

Z0MBIEFo0D is the name of my 1022 bytes text adventure. Pretty minimal, as you may guess, but it's got a zombie running after brains (a reverse survival horror game!). There's no objective, you just need to survive. And it's got lots of bugs.
BEWARE! I need to change "Your brain was separated by your body, making impossible to move" to "YOU DIED" because of space restrictions.

Here's a list of the commands:
? help = shows the list of commands
a attack = if there are people near you, you try and attack them
e eat = if you kill someone, eating will heal you
m zombie-move = move randomly away from your current place
l look = shows the room description
s status = shows your hitpoins.
exit guess what.

You can get killed with 0 people in the room. It's not a bug, it's a feature. Snipers!

Enjoy.

Hello, I'm Deveah and I'm a bit of everything. I make little roguelikes and I'm trying to make a simple shmup (already done the particle engine), I compose little chiptunes or tunes for my games and I draw on my free time or at school, when I'm bored.
Sorry I don't have anything to show you, I don't have a place to keep my stuff at the moment.
Hope this is enough.
