One thing that could be easily improved however is how close the save and load buttons are to each other, meaning if you lose focus you can accidentally save during a death animation, or load after finally making that tricky jump, leaving you no choice but to do it over again.

Edit: why are there two threads on the same page for this game?
Again, it's the built-in quicksave for Game Maker. Amon would need to implement his own save system (which would be a good idea).
Yeah, but you can turn off that option and do it yourself with different keys. just do file_save and game_load when a key is pressed if you want to do that.

Well, Masna, the "ology" means "the study of" so right now your game is the study of the future. Not a bad idea, but I don't think that's what your game's going for. You could do something obscure if you really want that suffix, like perhaps "nanology" because that doesn't really bring the "ology" in the question, it just fits well with "nano". Some words that apparently make people think of the future are:
trons, bots, ator, micro, nano, bit, byte, oids, ons, calc(u), ion.
You could try mixing and matching them. There may be more, of course.

This art is secretly the best piece of art ever. Even Da Vinci could not top the mastery of this. Bravo. Gentleman

I'm really good at Brawl, but my brothers are even better and can beat me every time. We do some pretty crazy stuff, i.e. rolling, shield-grabbing, air dodging the dragoon, ledge hog KOs, short jumps, perfect-shield deflecting bob-ombs, air dodging sticky bombs and the lava wave in the Norfair stage, and all that other crazy stuff. I sometimes get challenged by people who brag "I'm the best!". When they say that, I know they suck and are full of themselves, so I crush them. Good times.

Mm, trailer looks amazing, and I see a lot of puzzle variety there. It will reel in the masses and hopefully deliver from there.

I'm trying to play Chrono Trigger on the DS (SNES wasn't available here when it came out, so it's my first time with the game). Though, it's probably too long and well, not-so-exciting for me to finish it Sad.
I so regret I haven't got it when it was new. I would fall in love with that game back then.
It gets good, believe me. Some crazy boss fights and areas and the choice for many endings, all branching from the first time you time travel, is really interesting. There's also a lot of secret bosses and crazy time travel puzzles.

Does anyone else think those random numbers and letters at the end of each battle page are just randomly generated and determine the outcome of the battle? That would be interesting indeed...

if you want to fight somebody specific read the names in the links and count hyphens as spaces.
Hope that clears that up.

Pokemon Diamond, almost a year (maybe more...?) after getting it. Now I'm EV training an elite force of battle tower minions, from the egg and the nature up. Anyone else this insane? Giggle

I'd also like to suggest Bit.Trip.Beat, which I just bought on WiiWare for $6. It's totally mesmerising.. kind of Pong crossed with audiosurf and some kind of reversed bullet-hell game. The music is amazing.

Yes, love this game!  3 of my former co works formed the studio that made this.  I got to play the sequel recently, and if you think this one's tough you haven't seen anything yet!
Aw man, that's awesome! I'm personally stuck on growth Tongue

Today I finished up a silly flash game (which also happens to have been my very first project in flash / as3):

Basic, but pretty fun for what it's worth. It could do without that sound effect EVERY time a ghost appears, though.

I pupiled myself but now I feel bad about it so I'm only going to keep my guy and the pupil. There probably are people who make legions of pupils for maximum experience, but that would be time wasting.
