Fifth: It looks like his front walking leg is synchronized with the back leg on the opposite side. When his front leg is extended, the opposite leg should kick up and move to the front before he steps again. Also I think the top of his back should only move subtly because of the angle, maybe? There are a bunch of references on youtube. Or what Xion said.

Like blockhead or pencilhead, I suppose!
By the way, your running animation does looks bust between the fourth and fifth frames, then it doesn't flow into the next step. I think you only need the first four frames.

Aww, my PC can't handle boss run past level 5. At that point though, I guess you're pretty much dead anyway. Nice game, feels very complete for what it is. Kinda makes me want to check out processing and see what all the fuss is about, too.

What can be improved? I need comments and help.
The green $ on the bank is hard to read on my screen. Give it more contrast with the wood? I like the story of the portable bank Yeah, this. Also I thought it would look good with some money popping out the roof, but now it just looks silly. Then I thought it would be cool if the bank was strapped to his back, but didn't draw that. I can imagine him with a little clipboard and some specs, rad!
