They are goats! Tho I understand everyone's confusion about that since they're not super clear.

here's another gif showing a goat up close [it'd probably work better if I used faded colors :I ]

rip baby goat

Eh then EO4 is probably the better choice then. I mean EOU has a story mode with actual characters but I prefer EO4 over it so :V

this game is quickly becoming the most scenic game I've ever made

which isn't saying much but dang I love this mountain area I put together.

eo4 is pretty good, but EOU is a remake of eo1 with much more refined systems [they're both p. good tho]

new kirby is SUPER good. It's easy [all kirby games are tho let's be real here] but it's a blast to go through.

got a bit of work to do but I just started this today, it's a personal project. Still needs a lot of work but I'm really happy with how it is so far!!

Yeah the game's ailment system works in that getting the first application on them is pretty easy - but they gain resistance after each application, so it gets harder and harder to keep them afflicted.

Also speaking of extra bosses, EO4's 6th Stratum is super atmospheric and the way they did the area's music and battle music is pretty neat imo.

Aside from it not liking my non-360 controller it seems ok.

but seriously is there a menu for customizing controller keys or does that not exist

at all

I personally ran a Landsknecht/Dancer, Bushi/Something I don't remember, Fortress/Landsknecht, Sniper/Bushi [Silver Arrow or whatever skill that ignores defense is SUPER STRONG when boosted by Bushi kit.], and Arcanist/Medic [Circles are really useful] and the final boss didn't give me TOO much trouble but was still pretty challenging!

I remember seeing videos of Imperial/Bushi and they can get REALLY RIDICULOUS in terms of damage-output.

EO:U is also pretty accessible but some bosses require you to keep FOEs out of the battle during the course of the fight and it's annoying imo. But I also took out the first FOE at level 6 in Classic mode so idk. Story mode also has a lot more content to it as well. Also canadian noble.

If you think 4 is fast, you should play the remake of EO1. That's even FASTER. Gotta go fast.

I like EO4 the most, but EO3's setting is my favorite. But yeah as far as tutorials go EO4 is basically "Ok here's the controls and make sure you assign skill points have fun!" It also has 3 unlockable classes and it gives you a chance to use them before you get them yourself, without spoiling it too much.

Oh haha I did not know that! I should probably try out one of those games eventually...

The EO series has random encounters but they also give you a thing that indicates when a battle is about to happen [The indicator goes from deep blue to red as you take a step.] I really like it because it keeps the "random" element of encountering enemies but also gives you warning to prepare for it/plan for it [it's important when trying to avoid FOEs.]

that's one beefy taco

I spent pretty much my entire evening/6ish hours making a battle system but it's functional now! Next step is getting skills and items working @_@
[To answer any possible questions, you get two actions, Left Arm and Right Arm, hence why it's like "Arm used Attack".]

in regards of megaman, everyone's basically saying "nintendo has shown more love for megaman in a single video then capcom has in the past several years" so I mean :V

Not as interesting as everyone else's gifs [I REALLY dig the mood there ktch], but it's my first foray into 3D programming [Albeit with GM:S...] and that's about as complicated as it's going to get because it's a dungeon crawler. I'm just happy I managed to figure it out within like 2 hours.

Has anyone played the new Yoshi game?

I beat it like 20 minutes ago.

It's definitely better then YIDS but it's REALLY WEIRD at the start to get used to. The controls feel... different compared to the other yoshi games, it's kinda hard to explain? They take a bit to get used to so like the entire world 1 is going to be ugh. It improves once you get used to the controls though.

The music is nothing to write home about. Some pretty bad songs here and there, and they overuse the main melody but it's not terrible.

The level design feels pretty good though.

Also good luck getting 100%, I don't think I could do it, I don't have the patience for it  WTF

Overall: It's OK, not as good as Yoshi's Island, videos don't do it justice at all, the backgrounds are rly nice looking, the gameplay and level mechanics that aren't vehicles are alright. Apparently using the gyroscope to aim eggs is really good, haven't tried them myself.

I'd probably recommend waiting for a price drop before getting it? Unless you absolutely want to get it or something.

Going back to the 100% thing, I am not joking when I say it's REALLY HARD to do. It requires mastery of the controls and game-play and for the Special/Extra levels, it requires you to basically NOT get hit ever. It is BRUTAL I think.

That's my thoughts on the game.

been keeping an eye on this and it looks pretty cool so far.

also making units like that looks really cool and freaky and just PRETTY RAD IN GENERAL.

Generally speaking, an ADC really shines when they have either someone peeling for them or able to peel for themselves [which is part of why Vayne is so good]. Having good teamwork is just better overall in general and later-game, if you aren't instant-gibbing the adc right off the bat then teamfights won't go in your favor if you don't have one.

At least that's how I think it works, I don't really know otherwise.

Leona just works really well with anyone who has CC that locks an enemy down.

That's how I got to gold pre-season 4. Just force-fed my adc as Leona for literally 5 games and won every single one :V

But yeah, Leona x CC stronk, need more non-standard lane comps

Fights definitely don't feel longer, if anything they feel shorter.

Really liking a whole lot of the new items/item reworks. They all seem to feel very STRONG, esp. when you get the Legendaries. A lot of them sound really broken when you read them but like, idk it seems to balance out one way or another. I don't feel restricted to any one build though and that's a good feel.

[apparently Voluc is super strong right now, but I feel that's more due to people not knowing how to counter him?? or something. He snowballs REAL HARD though.]

As far as the new map layout goes, it's definitely less bush control and more smart placement of wards. Sometimes it's not ideal to put a ward in a bush when you want to see more area. Or something like that.
