Looks interesting, may try it later.
I gotta say though, I see "overwhelming" as a negative term. Doesn't really sell me on the story.

Got a reply from SpilGames: Thanks for contacting me. I’d like to let you know that we were not aware of this copyright infringement when we decided to purchase Green Grey World. Because we never intended to do anyone harm with this, I’d like to ask you if there is anything we can do for you. Because we invested in this game, we would rather not take it down from our portals, but maybe there is something else that we can do for you. In any case, we will discontinue our relationship with the developer of Green Grey World.
Take care,
Miss Martine Spaans \\ Licensing Manager Um... Yeah. Not exactly what I wanted to hear, there. Edit: Actually, misread "we will discontinue our relationship" as "we will continue our relationship." So a little better now.

Happy birthday.
And this game is the greatest thing ever. I should play and then say that, but I'm gonna say it before, and if it turns out that it is not, in fact, the greatest thing ever, I shall be deeply saddened. But thats not gonna happen, right? :D

Was just coming here to post that; Thanks for this. I'm sorry I couldn't work something out with the developer; but I really appreciate your help and cooperation. This whole thing has been a rather frustrating chain of events.

Alright, got another reply from MochiMedia, basically saying its not their problem. They told me to work it out with the developer, and looking at his replies so far, that probably isn't going to work. I think at this point it would be really helpful if you guys just started emailing people; the developer ( [email protected], posted a page back), Kongregate (Who I haven't contacted yet), MochiMedia, and any other big site where this game is being hosted. I've contacted a lot of people, and really no ones taken any action yet. Also, I was pointed to MochiMedia's copywrite dispute page. If anyone thinks they can help decipher it and do something with it, please do. I'm really no good with this sort of thing.

Got another response from the guy. (A few more, actually.)
So now he's refused my offer to change the game to a port, and he's also said that he can't remove "his" game because its already on 100+ websites.
Its getting very frustrating, as most of his replies assume everything's fine because he's already put my name in the credits page. (Without a link back to the original game, of course.)
But I have gotten into contact with several other people besides him about the game. Steve from FlashGamesLicense.com said he'd look into it, and MochiAds said everything checked out and I asked them to see what they could do about removing the game. Still waiting for replies back, but hopefully everything will work out ok.

They may not care because they get money from the ads that ripoff will generate. Every penny counts eh?
Thats not the impression I got, I think they may have made an honest mistake. I'm still waiting for a reply; don't start the e-beating yet.

I got a reply back from Michi, telling me that "Green-Grey World" predates my game. -.- The website claimed the game was released 78 days ago, which I think is July 13th. Mine was put up on GameJolt 6/14/2009, and I was suddenly confused, until I realized that was June 14th, not July. Anyways, he's credited me as the "original inspiration" on his game, so I don't think they have much of an argument there.

Additionally, I am in contact with a licensing manager from SpilGames so I can report this for you if you haven't already?
Yeah, go ahead, I haven't contacted them yet. I did contact MochiAds (I think that was what it was) and the "developer" of this and I haven't been getting replies.

Hey, I've just recently found out my game, Being Struck By Lightning is Probably the Best Way That You Could Die On Account of All of Its Awesomeness was ported to Flash and has been floating around for a while under the name "Green-Grey World."BSBLiPtBWTYCDoAoAiA: Green-Grey World: The developer of this port used most of my original graphics and level designs without contacting me. I did attempt to contact the developer, and he really didn't seem to understand why I was upset with this, and he hasn't gotten back to me since. While somewhat flattered that someone would even bother to do this with my game, I am upset that someone did this without any consent from me. I actually want to try and ask this guy if he'd consider turning it into an official port, but I can't find a good way to contact him. Anyways, has this happened to any of you, or something similar? I remember something like this with a blatant Tumble Drop rip off on iPhone. I realize my games simple, and therefor easy to steal (obviously had no innovative concept or anything), but still... Not cool.

I know its not an MMO, I was just saying that I had an easier time playing most MMO's without instruction than I did this game. And I followed the X's until I reached some enemies and killed them by randomly mashing buttons.
All I'm saying is that its a fairly complex game, and while your website does explain everything, a lot of people will just jump in without reading up on the game and not understand at all. At that point, some will go read up on it and the rest will pass it off as a bad game. I'm going to go read the stuff on the website, but I just think some sort of in game instruction would be very useful.

I played the game a little bit, I was a bit tired so I probably didn't get the most out of it as I could've. The thing I don't like is just the overall lack of direction. I know the website has everything documented, but its incredibly hard to just jump right into the game. I mean, even full scale MMO's I'm able to go right into without reading anything before hand, but I just didn't get this game. More in game instruction would be nice.
Also, the reason it look like it froze during the loading screen is because the music stops suddenly and the mouse goes to the spinning wheel thing.

Alright, didn't get into the actual game yet. The loading screen took forever and I thought the game froze, but I finally got to the game menu and put my code in and everything. You really need to label the buttons. It seems simple enough, but I accidentally saved my character before it was done, so as I was trying to delete the character and start a new one I hit the 'x' near what I assume is the create new character button and quit the game. I'll give more feedback on the actual game later.

Haha, sorry. I did say I've never done this before. Yeah, you hit the butterflies (thats what they're supposed to be) and they break and you go faster, and eventually you hit the ground and die. So as you fall and kill them, you speed up, eventually reaching you're "goal." What does this mean? I'm not entirely sure. I could say, "I made it this way so that you could interpret it in your own way," but that'd be lying because I really just didn't know what I was doing. :D I supposed it represents that when you progress through life by hurting others you gain nothing, as you die in the end anyway. And then the game ask, "Why did you do that?," even though you were never given a choice. You can either keep dodging the butterflies and fall forever or kill them and eventually die. I know this was a pretty pathetic attempt at being artistic, I just felt I should share it anyway.

Hey, just finished my new game. It was made pretty much because of random 'its 3 in the morning and I haven't done anything all day' thoughts that injected themselves into my brain forcing me to make an attempt at productivity. This is the result. (The entire thing probably took about 3 hours across several nights.) Momentum and Broken WingsIts very different than anything I've tried before, successful or not. Kinda an experimental art game sort of thing, has all of the genericness you'd expect in a game of that sort. Posting in feedback instead of announcements because even though its done, I'd like to know what people think for future reference, as I've never done anything like this before.
