Ｉ　ｐｌａｙｅｄ　ｉｔ　a few times but never understood exactly where to dock. In the big centre block, or actually in the small nodule with the crosshairs next to said block?

Try the readme... you need to line the crosshair up with the crosshair on the red platform.  The colors on the crosshair will match perfectly, the readme explains gameplay further.

The website says "downoad". :D
