I think it's cause you missed the deadline -- not sure though. I also don't think there's actually a cockpit in your game. The idea of the contest is to look out of a cockpit, whereas your game is third-person view, not first-person view.

By my standards, it IS horrible. It's buggy, and rapes my senses. But at least you got a *decent* game in for the compo. And it is pseudo 3D. I do give you kudos for that

I try constructive criticism, and am verbally raped. I revert back to hating you, your music, and your game. As for bugs, I've found numerous graphical glitches, and at least 5 bugs in the boat race. That was as far as I cared to play.
