Well, my post make some conflicts here, I think.
I was working for a company before. Because I could afford it before, I bought a complete PC with credit because I wanted another working station and my laptop was already 2 years old. But 3 months ago, I was put out of the main force, so they only pay me when I do something for them. So I'm like a "ultra cheap" freelance for them.
I'm still paying that PC, so now I'm struggling a lot.

A few posts a week isn't enough for a few months. That's why you are still a level 0. You have 4 options if you want to be level 10 in a year or less:
Be a troll, a d**k or an as****e.
Or......The hard way. You can be a good member, taking part of discussions, giving feedback or posting some work you has been doing. But it's worthy.

And just when I saw Rami's talk, I saw this thread.
Well, the indiepocalypse is not a big deal. It will adapt to it anyway. Just consider that in the future, we'll make games to other stuff. Like holographic games.

I don't know. I'm sure that following this devlog for 4 years was a blast, but hard. I also lost 3 years of following this devlog. Well, at least this devlog will continue for 1 more year until release (not early access, that's not considered finished).

having stressful days lately. work is going into crunch mode and abject poverty is a thing.
Hugs to you, man. I also have financial problems. And I don't have any quick idea to how to get out of it. Unless someone want me to do some commission work, I'll be in debt.

Man, the first game I made was so crap that even I don't have the source code anymore and I don't care. Maybe I will release it and laugh at it.
And Conker, your game deserve another chance. I also checked the game's Tumblr for updates. Maybe you can scrap some features to make the work more easier.

I like the difficulty level's area idea. It gives some control on the world map, I think. But don't underestimate the forest, unless there's no danger in Moonman's universe.

Well, at least "You are the monster" is a better theme than the "sky" one. Also, I didn't take part of the "villain" LD, so it's cool. I suppose 'monster' doesn't have to mean 'evil monster' but still  Yep. That's the way I'm taking the theme.
