purchased! the art, atmosphere and level design are GORGEOUS, even more so than the devlog would indicate. the symbology is instantly engaging and like with myst, you immediately have that FEEL... and that LSDJ wav channel hit for one of the switches made me happy of course im having a lot of crashing issues though on an iPad2 (seems specific to when a fuse/light is placed), but i was on an older OS so ill update and see if that helps at all.

ahh cool! im no visual artist, but i personally like these, because of the legibility AND because is looks sort of like some of the in-game environmental elements: Here's the one I'm most fond of right now: this one the stylization is really really cool BUT its a little illegible... "pain world". I think if its cleaned up just a bit it will look pretty awesome though. One odd thing that I have an opinion on is having the lizard on the titlescreen. This may be just my silly opinion, but for some reason, I think it might spoil the spookiness of the first few lizard encounters by being confronted with it when you first start up. I liked having the initial impressions being about the bear and the environment and rain, with the lizards being this kind of lurking unknowable death in the shadows. Makes them more terrifying IMHO. just my 2 cents!

ahhh that demo vid looks awesome, i wanted to play it immediately. especially because of how much swagger that quardopus has!
for some feedback, i think the button UI looks a little sketchy, but, well, carry on lads

But but, what if you die in Africa? If Farcry has taught me anything it's that Africa is where you go to die.
worst case scenario, i have the alpha build! but i kid, JLJac will be back in a few months and in the meantime we'll hopefully be chatting about and improving RW. Happy travels Joar!

Out today on GameChops records, the ridiculously named "James Primate Mega Quad Videogame Music bundle XL" (or TJPMQVGMBXL for short) is a 4-album, 32-track retrospective of some recent awesome soundtrack projects: 'Junk Jack', 'LiquidSketch', 'Tangled', and the previously unreleased 'Abrickadabra!' (all of which made appearances on the Tigsource boards I might add!) The bundle is downloadable in multiple formats for the amazingly affordable price of "whatever", or you can snag a limited edition physical CD album for $7 (maybe as a gift for your mom or something). Both versions come with original album art from the 4 OST releases, as well as a few bonus odds and ends here and there for fun. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed making it! Check it here:http://music.gamechops.com/album/mega-quad-videogame-music-bundleI would have included the liner notes and stuff here so give some context, but man is that a huge wall of text!!! Happy New Years Tigfriends!
