Looks pretty cool, the gameplay seems unique and well suited for touchscreens, the art is lovely as well, especially those weird, cube trees.

In case anyone was wondering, this project is not dead. I have been spending the last few weeks writing the game's dialogue, with most of the game's programming finished. I admit that development has slowed down due to Uni stuff, but I will try keep this devlog updated more frequently in the near future.

I'm a big fan of Just Cause 2, it mixes two things I love in video games: crazy, stupid sandbox games and grappling hooks.

Yeah, it's on my to-do list, I went with the simple approach originally so that I could get the lighting system in a working state as soon as possible. In fact, I'll get started on that right now.

It would be cool if a game had real-time menus that you would access by tilting your head up (or any other direction). I'm not sure how well they would work, but it would be a neat thing to experiment with.
