The answer is:  Whatever one you can use most often and easily.

Buying an expensive guitar is not the key to learning.

If you are asking if you need an expensive laptop to start programming then the answer is no, not recommended.

I have played Secret World Legends every day for a month, since it launched.  I was max level like a week in and finished with all of the story content like two weeks in.  MMOs are poison.
