Yar, MonoDevelop is pretty sweet. (couple rough edges, but nothing too serious)

The internet connection in this hotel is super slow, so unfortunately we probably won't be able to stream anything.

ooh yeah, it got a bit too dark there... weird, maybe if the glow extended between the scanlines?

I'd love to see a procedural generation version of this. :O

That might be a first for HTML5 games. Smiley

Pretty slick. Smiley

Worked fine for me with Chrome on Windows7. (didn't notice any sound problems?)

Kinda makes me want to see what it'd look like with scanlines. xD

Ooo, the glowy-ness of everything is very appealing.  Gentleman

We used Plimus for Aquaria, it was okay...

They take a bigger cut than PayPal, (10% or something?) but we've never had a problem getting paid by them.

Since there are people who are totally confused about basics and people who are fed up with me explaining basics, I'm gonna split this new series into two different streams.

Wow.

The point behind this was to assume the person watching hadn't used Unity before, so I was going out of my way to intentionally explain things more than once.

I've found that in my other videos, when I explain things once, people are like "WHOA you're going too fast".

Sooo

I'm "rebooting" my tutorial series, focusing on Unity 3.0 and getting back to the basics of scripting. (hopefully helping some folks who haven't done programming before)

Even if you're not going to make an entire game, you could still mess around with something weird, funky or fun...
176  Community / Jams & Events / Re: TIGJam 3 Lodging on: August 30, 2010, 09:09:27 PM
Maybe we can just take turns sleeping under each other, so a different person's body could provide the shelter each night.

If I was gonna go, I'd need a place to crash.

Anyone want to shelter this refugee from the indie power monopoly work camps?

We're organizing a tinier Winnipeg game jam, aiming for the weekend of August 28th!

If you can make it, post in these comments:

Well the first step would be to find your Unity folder. Then go to the right subdirectory and look for the file there.
